De Gouveia
Privacy
This page explains how the Registry, professional accounts, public content and email correspondence handle information.
Browsing and Search
Public Search and Profile browsing does not use accounts or session cookies. The GET search form puts your search in the URL. De Gouveia does not store search queries. Vercel keeps standard request logs, which can include URLs, IP addresses and technical browser information. Professional sign-in, claim and workspace pages, and Admin, use Supabase authentication cookies.
Public license information
Registry data comes from public DBPR records stored through Supabase. Public profiles show names, license facts, brokerage, and the license-address city and county. Street addresses and ZIP codes are not shown. A license address does not establish a service area.
Requests for help choosing
Supabase privately stores your first name, last name, phone, buying/selling intent, location, email, message, page language and request date. If you enter from a professional profile, we also keep that Registry professional as context; this does not contact the professional. Wilson uses the request and any optional questionnaire answers to respond personally by email. We also store your requested help and questionnaire completion date. If you explicitly ask De Gouveia to connect you with the selected professional, De Gouveia may share the information you provided with that professional so you can connect. It is not published in the Registry. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. Contact us about correction or removal.
Email and communications
Email correspondence is used to reply to your questions or requests. Email links open your email application. Supabase sends requested sign-in codes. When product email is enabled, De Gouveia uses Resend for claim decisions, notifications to Wilson of consumer requests and consumer receipt confirmations.
De Gouveia may obtain professional and contact information directly from you or lawfully from public records, professional records, regulatory agencies such as Florida DBPR, data providers, business sources or other lawful sources. Subject to applicable law and opt-out rights, De Gouveia may use appropriate contact information to communicate about the Registry, an existing professional profile, Claim, De Gouveia services and features, listings, opportunities and other commercial or marketing matters.
Private DBPR contact information may be used to verify profile claims and, when separately enabled, send limited invitations to claim an existing profile for free. Invitation and suppression records remain private; private DBPR email addresses and phone numbers are not published on profiles. Professional-provided public content remains separate from private DBPR contact information.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism where applicable. Claim invitations include an unsubscribe link. Claim invitation opt-outs are recorded privately and suppress future invitations to that email address and professional, including after contact records are refreshed.
Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent De Gouveia from sending transactional, security, account, Claim, legal, administrative or other non-marketing communications when appropriate. Claim Outreach is separate from requested sign-in codes and transactional email.
Professional accounts and content
Supabase stores accounts and claims. We collect the verified email, license identity, name, private phone, note, attestation and decisions to verify and manage ownership. Claim contact details and internal notes are not public. Cloudflare Turnstile protects code requests.
Photos, About text, service areas, links and Featured Listings are professional-provided public content. Images are stored in public Supabase Storage; anyone with an image URL can view them. Claims and decisions are retained as history. Content may be retained after revocation or a participation pause while no longer displayed. Contact us about correction, removal or account requests.
Questions and removal requests
For a correction to how a record is presented, or removal from public Search, email De Gouveia with the license number. De Gouveia can suppress a record from Search and its public profile. Official DBPR facts are shown as published and must be corrected with DBPR.
