Find a professional for your next move.
Explore people, the places they say they serve, and official Florida license facts.
Professionals with an approved De Gouveia profile claim are listed first, then every other matching record. Within each group: alphabetical by name on the license record, then license number. This order is not a recommendation and never depends on payment or participation. Registry eligibility is independent of claim or participation. Area results require a matching professional-provided declaration.

Understanding the official record
Three license types
Sales Associate: licensed to practice under a broker. Broker Sales: a broker-qualified licensee working under another broker. Broker: a licensee who may operate a brokerage. The official titles describe license types, not quality or specialization.
Current + Active
These are DBPR’s published primary and secondary statuses. Search includes records marked Current and Active in the latest completed file, with a license address in one of the three counties, unless removed from public Search.
Brokerage on license record
The employer name is shown as published by DBPR. An empty field means no brokerage is listed on that license record; it is not an assessment of the professional.
License address is not a service area
The city and county refer to the mailing address on the official license record. They do not establish where someone works, which neighborhoods they know, or whom they serve.
Verify before you decide
Our file is refreshed periodically and may be behind DBPR. Open a profile for its record date, then verify current license details directly with DBPR before relying on them.
