De Gouveia is an informational service to support your research and your choice of a real estate professional.
Verify the official record
Data is shown as published by DBPR and may be incomplete or behind DBPR’s current record. Check the as-of date and verify directly with DBPR before relying on it. License types and status do not establish quality, experience, specialties or service areas.
Your choice
A profile or Search result is not a recommendation or endorsement by De Gouveia or DBPR. De Gouveia does not rank professionals. The service provides no warranty of accuracy, completeness, availability or any transaction outcome. You make your own choice of representation.
Professional accounts and claims
Claim only your own existing license profile and provide accurate verification information. Claiming is free and subject to De Gouveia verification. Keep your email access secure. Official DBPR facts cannot be edited through your account. You are responsible for the content and links you provide. De Gouveia may restrict content or revoke a claim.
Founding participation
Founding participation is free during launch, requested separately and activated by De Gouveia. It does not affect Search, profile indexability or constitute a recommendation. De Gouveia may pause or end participation. To end it, email us; De Gouveia ends it the same day. Founding terms version: founding-2026-10.
Featured Listings
Participating professionals may manually present up to three properties with one image each. On every save, attest to authorization from the listing owner and listing broker to present the property, price and image. Keep details accurate; confirm them directly with the professional. This is not an MLS/IDX feed, listing search or property portal. De Gouveia may delete a listing or hide professional content.
Marketing Communications
By accessing or using the De Gouveia website in any fashion, you agree that De Gouveia may communicate with you about De Gouveia and its services, including professional profiles, listings, opportunities, features, products, services, promotions, partnerships, and other commercial or marketing matters.
These communications may be sent using contact information that you provide to De Gouveia or that De Gouveia lawfully obtains from public records, professional records, regulatory agencies, data providers, business sources, or other lawful sources.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, your use of the website constitutes your agreement to receive such communications until you opt out. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the message or another method made available by De Gouveia.
Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent De Gouveia from sending transactional, security, account, Claim, legal, administrative, or other non-marketing communications when appropriate.
Publication of a professional profile or obtaining contact information from records does not by itself mean that the professional has accessed or used the website or accepted these Terms.
Use of the Registry
Automated bulk extraction and scraping of this service are prohibited. De Gouveia may suppress records from public Search and profiles, including for data errors or removal requests. Contact us with questions or a license number for a correction or removal request.
